Kirkya Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

These terms govern your use of the Kirkya platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using Kirkya, you agree to everything set out below.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Kirkya is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. Kirkya verifies age during the account process and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Underage accounts will be closed immediately.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one Kirkya account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings associated with them may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact Kirkya support rather than creating a new one.

Bonuses Come With Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and free spins on Kirkya are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in forfeiture.

Withdrawals Go to Verified Methods Only

Welcome to Kirkya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Kirkya ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the Kirkya platform — including the website, mobile experience, games, promotions and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Kirkya platform. Kirkya reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Important: These Terms apply to all players using Kirkya regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. Mobile users, desktop users and app users are all subject to the same rules.

Eligibility

To register and use Kirkya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Kirkya employee.

Kirkya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any costs incurred.

Age Verification: Kirkya takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed without exception.

Account Registration

To access Kirkya's full range of games and services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Kirkya account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Kirkya uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend any accounts identified as duplicates.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify Kirkya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Kirkya will never ask for your password through any channel.
  • You must keep your contact details, including your email address and phone number, up to date at all times.

Kirkya may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Accepted documents typically include a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Deposits & Payments

Kirkya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction. All deposits are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page.

  • Deposits are credited to your Kirkya account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
  • Kirkya does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
  • Kirkya reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity.

Note: If a deposit does not appear in your Kirkya account within 15 minutes, please contact Kirkya support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again until the issue is resolved.

Withdrawals

Kirkya processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Withdrawals are processed in BDT and are typically completed within five minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
  • Kirkya may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
  • Kirkya reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review purposes.
  • In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, Kirkya may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy: Kirkya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account. Requests that do not meet this requirement will be declined.

Bonuses & Promotions

Kirkya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus on Kirkya, you agree to the applicable terms.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
  • Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address and payment method.
  • Kirkya reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first unless otherwise stated.
  • Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage or any other method constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Gameplay Rules

All games on Kirkya are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.
  • Kirkya is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirkya. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Attempting to launder money through the platform.
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to Kirkya.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.

Zero Tolerance: Kirkya operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering and bonus abuse. Accounts found in breach of this section will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kirkya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
  • Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
  • At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.
  • Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Kirkya reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Kirkya platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Kirkya or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Kirkya content without prior written permission.

The Kirkya name, logo and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kirkya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to technical faults, connectivity issues or platform downtime.
  • Losses resulting from a player's own decisions or misunderstanding of game rules.
  • Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to protect their credentials.
  • Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Kirkya makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, Kirkya does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
